Winter has arrived.  I’m thankful for a warm house to sleep in on this cold, windy night.

The autumn’s highlights included a more intense homeschool co-op on Fridays for me and the girls, a first-ever Colts game for Eliza, a Speech class for Krystiana, holidays spent with friends, and recently a post-Christmas visit from my brother Jim (and Tim and Merrill and Patterson.)  Dave has decided to further his education, and pursue a Master’s Degree from a Divinity School in Chicago.  I have decided to hone my language skills by reading more in French, German, Spanish and Polish.

We all have goals for this year.  I’d like to become more computer saavy.  Krsytiana wants to make a quilt.  Eliza wants to learn to make a lasagna.  Dave wants to do well in his classes.  And we’d all like to continue to grow in the love of Jesus, and not let our hearts grow cold….brrrr.
